The product provides a support email but does not define staffed hours, response targets, languages, priority levels, phone support, live chat, or an emergency-support commitment.

VERIFIED CONTACT

Email CloudBooksPro support

For account, workspace, product, subscription, or privacy questions:

info@cloudbookspro.online

1. What we can help route

Using the product

Questions about company setup, customers, suppliers, documents, items, reports, or statements.

Account access

Sign-in, verification, password recovery, suspected unauthorized access, or company-access questions.

Billing questions

Questions about CBP-Pro pricing, subscription status, cancellation, or a charge after payment is enabled.

Technical problems

Error messages, records that do not load, or behavior that differs from the current product description.

2. What to include

To help identify the problem, include:

  • the email address associated with the account;
  • the company workspace name;
  • the page or feature involved;
  • what you expected and what happened instead;
  • the exact error message, if one appeared; and
  • a screenshot with unrelated or sensitive information removed, if useful.

Do not email your password, authentication code, recovery link, complete payment-card number, bank credentials, or another person’s unnecessary personal information.

3. Response times and availability

No support hours or guaranteed response time have been approved. Sending an email confirms only that the message was sent; it does not create a service-level commitment.

Business information required

Set staffed days, hours, time zone, supported languages, initial-response targets by severity, closure targets if any, holiday coverage, and whether paid plans receive different support. State clearly if support is best-effort.

4. Account and security concerns

If you believe an account has been accessed without permission, email info@cloudbookspro.online with the subject “Account security concern.” Change the account password and protect the associated email account where possible.

The current product does not publish a vulnerability-disclosure or bug-bounty program.

Business information required

Define identity-verification steps, incident escalation, security contact ownership, breach response, vulnerability reporting, and whether a dedicated security address is required.

5. Billing and cancellation requests

The current application has no self-service subscription-management screen. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the current technical status and unresolved business decisions.

Business information required

Before paid launch, document who processes cancellations and refunds, what information support may request, how quickly requests are handled, and how completion is confirmed.

6. Privacy and account-data requests

Privacy questions may be sent to info@cloudbookspro.online. The current app does not include a dedicated account-deletion or privacy-request form.

Business information required

Define the verified privacy-request process, identity checks, response deadlines, appeal process, export format, and deletion workflow. Add any legally required privacy representative or data-protection contact.

7. Business contact details

Email: info@cloudbookspro.online
Website: cloudbookspro.online
Application: app.cloudbookspro.online

Business information required

Add the legal entity name, postal address, company registration details, phone number if supported, and the team responsible for support.
